DOMESTIC ORDERS

Galrea offers economy flat-rate shipping of $20 on all domestic orders within the U.S, and free economy shipping on orders over $500.

Refer to your shipping notification for tracking information and delivery estimates. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we are not currently offering international orders, you can use our contact form to inquire about shipping overseas. We will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Most artworks leave our Brooklyn studio within 3-5 business days following the date of the order placed, but we ask that you please allow up to 10 business days before contacting customer support. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES:

When we fulfill international orders upon request, please be aware that your country’s customs clearance may impose delays. Galrea is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 20 business days for US orders and 30 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time to be delivered, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period has elapsed. Replacement pieces for one-of-a-kind works will differ from the original. If our studio does not have a replacement piece to satisfy your order, we will issue a full refund.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

INSURANCE:

We offer Route Protection insurance on all orders. Route automatically connects you to everything you’ve ordered with Galrea and allows you to track your packages anytime, anywhere. Add Route Package Protection at checkout and unlock full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues including theft, loss, and damage in transit. Note that by deselecting shipping protection at checkout, Galrea is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please ensure all claims via Route are submitted ASAP, as Route will only accept claims 14 days after delivery and/or shipment based on your specific case.
